AI & AUTOMATION STRATEGY SESSION

Decide what to automate next, before you pay for a build.

A paid, one-time working session ($379) on one real workflow. Bring what’s slowing your team down; we’ll map what’s happening, identify where AI or automation can help, and you’ll leave with a prioritized direction for what to do next.

A focused conversation about your operations—not a tool demo or pressure to buy a build.

01 / THE REAL PROBLEM

More tools won’t fix a workflow no one has mapped.

A process may cross inboxes, spreadsheets, forms and several apps before anyone notices a handoff has gone missing. Adding another tool before understanding the work can make the tangle harder to manage.

The session starts with the way your team actually works today. We’ll look for the friction, clarify what a better outcome means, and separate useful automation from complexity that doesn’t earn its keep.

02 / DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?

The small breakdowns are taking up too much attention.

A strategy conversation can help when repeated work or unreliable handoffs are getting in the way.

The same updates happen by hand

People copy information between forms, email, spreadsheets and business systems just to keep work moving.

Important handoffs are easy to miss

A lead, customer request or internal task can sit waiting because nobody knows who owns the next step.

AI sounds promising—but vague

You want to separate a useful, bounded use case from a shiny experiment with unclear costs or risks.

03 / WHAT YOU’LL GET

A clearer picture of what to do next.

The goal is not to automate everything. It’s to identify a sensible move that fits your team and your constraints.

A shared view of the workflow

Clarify the people, steps, systems and handoffs involved in the process you bring.

The highest-value friction point

Focus on where delay, repeated effort or avoidable errors are making the biggest difference.

A practical technology direction

Discuss whether automation, AI, a process change—or a combination—best fits the problem.

A next step you can act on

Leave with a prioritized recommendation and the important questions to resolve before implementation.

04 / PRACTICAL, NOT HYPE

The best solution may be a simpler process.

We’ll consider AI and automation where they genuinely help—but we won’t recommend adding technology just because it’s fashionable. A clear manual step, a better handoff or an existing feature may be the right answer.

05 / WHO IT’S FOR

Bring a real operating challenge.

The session is most useful when you can describe the work, the people involved and what “better” would look like.

A good fit if you…

  • Own or influence a recurring business process.
  • Can point to a workflow that is slow, manual, fragile or difficult to scale.
  • Want an outside perspective before selecting tools or commissioning a build.
  • Are open to a process change if that solves the problem better.

Probably not the right fit if you…

  • Need an urgent production incident repaired right now.
  • Want a guaranteed result before the workflow and constraints are understood.
  • Are looking for a generic AI demo without a business process to apply it to.
  • Expect the session itself to include implementation or ongoing support.

06 / HOW WE WORK

Start with the outcome. Work back to the tools.

A structured conversation keeps the focus on a business result, not a feature list.

  1. 01

    Understand the current process

Walk through the trigger, steps, handoffs, exceptions and systems involved.

  2. 02

    Define the desired outcome

Agree what should improve—such as time, consistency, visibility or customer experience.

  3. 03

    Explore realistic options

Consider process improvements, integrations and carefully scoped AI where relevant.

  4. 04

    Prioritize the next move

Identify the dependencies, risks and decisions that matter before anyone builds.

07 / THE SESSION

A working conversation—not a slide presentation.

We’ll use your example to make the discussion specific. You don’t need a polished process map or a perfect brief to get started.

Bring what you know

  • The workflow and the people involved
  • The tools or systems it touches
  • What currently causes delay or rework
  • The outcome you would like to improve

A rough description is enough. Please don’t send passwords, credentials or sensitive personal data.

08 / AFTER THE CONVERSATION

Leave knowing what deserves attention first.

You’ll have a clearer recommendation to discuss with your team, whether or not we work together afterward.

A prioritized opportunity

A plain-language view of which part of the process appears worth addressing first.

Open questions made visible

The information, access, ownership or decisions needed to evaluate a next step responsibly.

A path forward

A practical direction you can take away, with no obligation to purchase implementation.

09 / YOUR DECISION

Good advice should still be useful if you build it yourself.

The purpose is to make the next decision clearer. You can take the recommendation to your own team, use your existing partners or explore implementation separately.

10 / YOUR EXISTING STACK

Start with the systems your team already uses.

We’ll talk about the tools that matter to your workflow. The examples below are text labels—not endorsements, integrations or promises of compatibility.

  • Zapier
  • Make
  • n8n
  • HubSpot
  • Salesforce
  • Google Workspace
  • OpenAI

11 / IF YOU WANT HELP IMPLEMENTING

Keep the strategy separate from the build decision.

A session does not commit you to ongoing services. If you later want help monitoring, maintaining or improving business automation, you can review the managed retainer separately.

OPTIONAL NEXT STEP

Managed automation support

Review the service scope and current plan information on the retainer page. The session request itself is not a retainer sign-up.

12 / CLEAR EXPECTATIONS

A strategy session has a defined job.

It helps clarify a workflow and evaluate possible directions. It is not an emergency response, a production audit, a software subscription, a guarantee of savings or a substitute for implementation.

Any build, integration, AI usage, software cost or ongoing support would be discussed and agreed separately before work begins. Recommendations depend on the information available and the systems involved.

13 / QUESTIONS

Before you request a session.

A few details to help you decide whether this is the right next conversation.

What happens in the AI & Automation Strategy Session?

We discuss a real workflow, understand the friction and desired outcome, and explore practical options. The focus is on helping you decide what to do next—not on delivering an implementation during the conversation.

Is this a sales call or a tool demo?

Neither. It’s a paid working session about your own process. We discuss tools only where they’re relevant, and the recommendation follows the problem, not a product pitch.

Do I need to know which AI or automation tool to use?

No. Bring the workflow and the systems you know about. We can discuss possible approaches after understanding the work and constraints.

Will you build or fix the workflow during the session?

No. The session is for strategy and prioritization. Any implementation or ongoing support would be scoped and agreed separately.

What should I prepare?

Think about how the process starts, who is involved, which systems it touches, where it gets stuck and what a better outcome would look like. A rough explanation is fine.

How do I book a time?

Use the request form below or email jorge@jorgerene.pro. Your request isn’t a confirmed booking: I’ll reply to agree a time and confirm the details before anything is scheduled.

How much does the session cost?
