This policy explains what information JorgeRene.Pro ("we," "us," or "our") collects from visitors to jorgerene.pro (the "Site"), how it is used, and what rights you have. It is written in plain English on purpose.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you request an Automation Roadmap on /get-roadmap or email us, you may provide:
- Your name and work email address
- Your company name, industry and team size
- The tools and automation platforms you use
- A free-text description of what breaks or takes the most time
If you become a client, we also handle billing details and the access you grant to your business tools. Access is used only to deliver the services you purchased.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the Site's hosting infrastructure may record basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages visited, for security and reliability purposes.
Cookies
The Site uses only the cookies required for it to function. It does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If analytics are added in the future, this policy will be updated first.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your requests and form submissions
- To prepare and deliver the roadmap or services you purchased
- To communicate about your engagement and send invoices
We do not sell your information and do not share it with third parties for marketing.
3. Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run the Site and the business — website hosting, email, and invoicing/payment processing. Each processes data only as needed to provide its service and under its own privacy policy. A current list is available on request.
4. Client systems and data
When working inside your tools, we access only what is needed for the agreed work, follow your access rules, and do not copy your business data into our own systems unless required for the work and agreed with you. Access can be revoked by you at any time.
5. How long we keep data
Roadmap requests and related emails are kept for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Client records needed for tax and legal purposes are kept as long as the law requires, then deleted.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or to object to its processing. To make a request, email jorge@jorgerene.pro. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
8. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your data, including HTTPS, strong access controls and least-privilege access to client systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data as carefully as our own.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; material changes will be emailed to active clients.
