The real problem

Your business runs on processes. Too many of them run on duct tape.

Most automations don't fail on launch day. They fail three months later — when an app updates, a field gets renamed, or an edge case nobody planned for breaks the chain.

Disconnected tools

Your team copies the same data between apps that should be talking to each other.

Silent failures

A Zap or scenario stops running and nobody notices — until a customer complains or a lead goes cold.

The builder disappeared

A freelancer or agency built it, left no documentation, and doesn't answer when it breaks.

Contractors don't last

Every few months you're explaining your setup to someone new. Your business outlives every one of them.

“I don't hand you an automation and walk away. I build it, watch it, and fix it when it breaks — for as long as you need it.”

What you get

Build it. Run it. Fix it. Every month.

One accountable engineer who designs your automations and keeps them working every business day.

01 / Build

Build

I map how work and data actually move through your business, then connect the tools you already use. AI goes in only where it clearly saves time or cuts errors — reading documents, sorting requests, drafting replies.

02 / Run

Run

Every workflow I support gets error handling and health checks. Your automations are monitored continuously, and an incident is opened the moment something misbehaves — not when a customer notices.

03 / Fix

Fix

Apps update without warning and business rules change. When a workflow breaks, I find the root cause, repair it, test it and tell you what happened — within your plan's response time.

Why work with me

Operational stability, not another platform to manage.

The engineer, not a salesperson

No helpdesk, no account manager. The person who builds your workflows is the person who fixes them.

Proven at scale

I maintain 100+ live workflows across 6 businesses today, delivered through an agency partner.

Predictable cost

Flat monthly price. Extra time happens only with your written approval — never as a surprise on the invoice.

You own everything

Everything runs in your accounts, documented. If you leave, your systems keep running and stay yours.

AI where it earns its keep

No hype. AI handles messy inputs — documents, emails, requests — with a human check on anything high-stakes.

Plain-language updates

You always know what's live, what's in progress, what broke and what's next — without decoding jargon.

What I run today

100+ live workflows. 6 businesses. Maintained every day.

Through an agency partner, I build and maintain the automations six client businesses rely on daily — and I've spent the last stretch making them faster, cheaper to run and harder to break.

Lead & client intake

Forms, emails and ads routed into the CRM, de-duplicated and assigned automatically.

CRM & data sync

Records kept consistent across CRM, spreadsheets, databases and billing tools.

Reporting

Scheduled reports and alerts that used to be built by hand every week.

Monitoring & repair

Error catching on every workflow, with fixes shipped when a connected app changes.

Client details stay private. I'm happy to walk you through real (anonymized) workflows on a fit call.

  3. 3

    Month one: audit & stabilize

I review every live workflow, fix what's fragile, add monitoring, and ship your highest-priority build or repair.

  4. 4

    Every month after

Continuous monitoring and incident fixes, plus new automations from your backlog — so the time you save keeps growing.

Common questions

What people ask before they start.

What exactly am I paying for each month?

Three things: continuous monitoring of your workflows, repair when something breaks, and new automations from your backlog (about one a month on Core, two to three on Advanced). The plan includes a set number of engineering hours (8 on Core, 20 on Advanced) that cover building, fixing, documentation and our review calls.

Is it really just you?

Yes — you work directly with me, the engineer who builds and maintains your systems. Response times apply Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST. As the client base grows, I'm adding a backup engineer trained on the same documentation, so coverage never depends on one person.

What happens when an automation breaks?

Monitoring opens an incident as soon as a failure is detected — or you report it in your support channel. I acknowledge it within your plan's response time (4 business hours for critical issues on Advanced, 1 business day on Core), fix the root cause, test it, and tell you what happened.

What if we need more than our monthly hours?

You'll get a heads-up at 75%. If a request needs more time, you choose: move it to next month, reprioritize, or approve extra hours at $95/hour. Nothing extra is ever billed without your written approval. Unused hours don't roll over, so we keep your backlog ready.

Do we have to switch tools?

Rarely. I work with what your team already uses and pays for — Zapier, Make, n8n, your CRM, spreadsheets and databases. I only suggest a change if a tool truly can't do the job.

Are software and AI costs included?

No. Subscriptions and usage (Zapier, Make, HubSpot, OpenAI, etc.) are billed to your accounts directly, so you always keep ownership of your tools, keys and data.

Who owns what you build?

You do. Everything is built in your accounts and documented. If you cancel, it all keeps running and stays yours.

What's the commitment?

The first 30 days, then month-to-month. Cancel any time with 30 days' written notice — during that period I finish in-flight work and hand over full documentation.

What's the $247 Automation Roadmap?
