These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of jorgerene.pro (the "Site") and any services purchased from JorgeRene.Pro ("JorgeRene.Pro," "I," "me," "we," or "us"). By using the Site or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
JorgeRene.Pro offers three services:
- Automation Roadmap — a one-time paid deliverable ($247) containing 24 ranked automation opportunities for your business, a review of your existing automation setup, and a 30-minute walkthrough call.
- Core plan — a monthly engagement ($750/month) including 8 engineering hours, continuous monitoring of supported workflows, incident repair, and a response time of 1 business day.
- Advanced plan — a monthly engagement ($1,350/month) including 20 engineering hours, everything in Core, a priority queue, and a response time of 4 business hours for critical incidents and 1 business day for other requests.
Response times apply Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Eastern Time, excluding U.S. public holidays. Detailed scope is described on the pricing page and in the engagement agreement you sign when starting a plan. Estimates of automations shipped per month are typical outcomes, not guarantees, and depend on complexity and access.
2. Use of this Site
You may use this Site to research our services. You may not:
- Scrape, mirror, or republish Site content without written permission
- Attempt to access non-public areas of the Site or interfere with its operation
- Submit false information through any form on the Site
- Use the Site to harass, abuse, or harm anyone
3. Engagement terms
Automation Roadmap
The roadmap is a one-time deliverable. Once delivered, you own the document and may use it, share it, have someone else execute it, or do nothing with it. Purchasing the roadmap creates no ongoing obligation.
If you start a Core or Advanced plan within 14 days of receiving the roadmap, the $247 roadmap fee is credited toward your first month.
Monthly plans
Plans begin on the date your engagement agreement is signed and renew automatically each month unless canceled.
Cancellation. After the first 30 days, you may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. During the notice period, in-flight work is completed and documentation is handed over. You keep all work product built during the engagement.
Hours. Included hours do not roll over month to month. You will be notified when 75% of monthly hours are used.
Additional work. Work beyond your included hours is performed only with your prior written approval, at $95 per hour, or scheduled into a following month.
4. Payment and refunds
Roadmap and plan fees are billed in advance by invoice. Payment methods are listed on the invoice.
Roadmap refunds. If the roadmap is not delivered within 7 business days of receiving your completed information and payment, and the delay is on our side, you receive a full refund. Completed deliverables are not refundable.
Plan refunds. Monthly fees are non-refundable once billed. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of the paid period and retain all work product.
5. Third-party costs
Software subscriptions, usage fees and API costs (for example Zapier, Make, n8n, HubSpot, OpenAI or Anthropic) are not included and are billed directly to your accounts.
6. Intellectual property
What we own. The Site, our brand, written content, and proprietary tools and templates remain our intellectual property.
What you own. The roadmap document, all workflows and automations built for you, all documentation, and any custom code written on your behalf become your property upon delivery or payment, whichever comes later.
7. Warranties and disclaimers
We will perform the services with reasonable skill and care, and deliverables will materially conform to the scope described in your engagement agreement.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED ABOVE, THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee any specific business outcome. Third-party software can change or fail without notice; monitoring reduces but cannot eliminate downtime.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from your use of the deliverables in a manner that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
10. Termination
We may terminate services with reasonable written notice. If we terminate without cause, we will refund any unused, pre-paid fees on a pro-rata basis and hand over all documentation.
11. Governing law and disputes
We aim to resolve any disagreement informally first — email jorge@jorgerene.pro and we will work with you in good faith. Governing law and venue are set out in your engagement agreement.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will update the date at the top. For material changes, active clients will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance.
