How it works

What working with me actually looks like.

No 30-day kickoff, no overnight promises. A clear first month, then a steady rhythm: everything monitored, problems fixed, and new automations shipped every month.

  1. 1

    Fit call (15 min)

You tell me what's slowing your team down or what keeps breaking. I tell you honestly whether a monthly plan, the roadmap, or neither is the right move.

  2. 2

    Optional: the $247 roadmap

If you want a plan first, you get 24 ranked automations for your industry and tools, a review of your current setup, and a 30-minute walkthrough. Credited to month one.

  3. 3

    Onboarding (week 1)

You pick Core or Advanced and grant access to your tools. We open one support channel and agree on the first priorities.

  4. 4

    Audit & stabilize (month 1)

I review every live workflow, fix what's fragile, add error handling and monitoring, document it, and ship your highest-priority build or repair.

  5. 5

    Run & fix (every day)

Monitoring runs continuously. When a failure is detected, an incident is opened, fixed at the root, tested, and explained to you in plain language.

  6. 6

    Improve (every month)

New automations from your backlog — about one a month on Core, two to three on Advanced — reviewed together on a monthly call. The time you save keeps compounding.

What's next

Coverage that doesn't depend on one person

Today you work directly with me, with response times Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST. As the client base grows, I'm adding a backup engineer trained on the same documentation and standards — so your systems stay covered during holidays, sick days and peak weeks.
